The step by step instructions to integrate Ecwid LightSpeed eCommerce with Beejek Digital Receipts to send customer receipts on WhatsApp.

How to Integrate your Ecwid LightSpeed eCommerce Store with Beejek Receipts

What is Beejek Receipt?

Beejek digital receipts allow you to send digital receipts to shopping customer’s WhatsApp directly from your LightSpeed eCommerce Ecwid. Your customers can receive and store their Beejek receipts on the customer app and through an SMS/WhatsApp.
How Beejek works with LightSpeed e-Commerce Ecwid:
  • Register your LightSpeed eCommerce Ecwid stores with Beejek and complete your store profile
  • Create a sale in LightSpeed eCommerce Ecwid as usual to your customer. We need you to enter the phone number of a customer to send the receipt.
  • The receipt is sent directly to customer WhatsApp or SMS and Customer Beejek App

Steps to complete Beejek onboarding with LightSpeed eCommerce:

Here is a one-time effort to onboard your stores to your Beejek account with LightSpeed eCommerce Ecwid.
Estimated time: 3-5 minutes.
Step 1: Login to your LightSpeed eCommerce Ecwid account.
Enter your Email and Password and click Sign In to login to your account.

Step 2: Once you are logged in to the dashboard, navigate to Apps → App Market.

The Apps marketplace screen appears.
Step 3: Enter Beejek Receipts in the Search field.

You will find the Beejek Receipts app in the search result.
Step 4: Click the Get button in the Beejek Receipts app page

You are now redirected to the Permissions page. You will be asked for permission to access your Store Data, Product Data and read your invoices.
This will help us successfully transfer your receipts to your customers.

Note: Beejek very strongly respects your privacy and your data. We do not sell or reuse your data to any third party. We use your data only to send it forward to your customer WhatsApp number through a digital receipt. You can read our Privacy policy here.
Step 5: Click Accept.

You will now be redirected to the Beejek Sign up screen.
Step 6: Enter your Email, Phone Number (Optional, but WhatsApp Number will help us with any immediate support required) and click Sign Up.
Note: It might take a moment. Do not refresh the page.

An email is triggered to your inbox to complete your verification and activate your Beejek account.

Step 7: Check your email inbox and click Verify my Beejek Account
After you click Verify my Beejek Account, you will be redirected the Password screen.
Step 8: Enter Password and click Confirm

Setting up your Beejek Profile

After you set your password, you will now be redirected to the Beejek Dashboard.
There are two steps before you can send your first digital receipt:
  1. Complete your Merchant Profile
  1. Select a Payment Plan
Step 9: Click Edit Profile to complete your profile details. These details are a part of your dynamic digital receipt.

You will now be redirected to the Merchant Edit Profile. Some of the fields are already taken from your LightSpeed eCommerce account. However, you need to enter the remaining details.
There are three section in edit profile:
  1. Merchant Details: These details are about your brand and your business.
  1. Store Details: These details are about all your stores.
  1. Branding Details: These details help your stores become dynamic.
Step 10: Complete the fields under Merchant Details section
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom.
Note: Make sure you enter your details correctly as it will display on all your receipts.

Step 11: Click Store Details and complete the fields under Store Details section.
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom.
Note: Expand all your store and make sure you enter all the mandatory details. Adding your Google Maps location will help your customers navigate your store.

Step 12: Click Branding Details and complete the fields under Branding Details section.
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom.
Note: Make sure you upload your logo and add all relevant details (as many as possible) to make your receipt dynamic.

Your profile is now complete (indicated by a green dot on your account image).

Select your Pricing Plan

You will now need to select a payment plan.
Step 13: Click Pricing.

Step 14: Select a Pricing Plan that fits your store needs.
Complete the payment.
After you complete the payment, your receipts are activated.
  • You can send the number of receipts as per your plan and duration
  • Your payment is debited every month/year and the receipts are automatically added to your account with every transaction
  • You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade the payment plan subscription anytime
  • You get to send 5 free test receipt transactions after your profile is completed

Your Beejek Integration and Onboarding is now complete.
Your Beejek Left reflects the number of Beejek receipts you can send from the plan chosen.

High-Level Steps to send a Beejek Digital Receipt from your LightSpeed eCommerce Ecwid to a Customer’s WhatsApp

You can continue your business as usual.
To send a digital receipt through Beejek to your customer’s WhatsApp, you will have to:
  • Enable the Mobile number field in your checkout
  • Create a new checkout field for customer opt-in
  • Your customers completes the sale and the Receipt is sent to the Customer’s WhatsApp automatically from Beejek!
