Now that you have integrate your LightSpeed eCommerce store with Beejek, let’s look at steps to send your receipts.

What is Beejek Receipt?

Beejek digital receipts allow you to send digital receipts to shopping customers directly and automatically after a sale from your LightSpeed eCommerce website. Your customers will receive their Beejek receipts on their Beejek Customer App and on their customer’s WhatsApp.

How Beejek works with LightSpeed eCommerce Integration:

If you haven’t integrated Beejek with LightSpeed eCommerce yet, here are the steps to Integrate Ecwid LightSpeed eCommercce with Beejek to Send WhatsApp Receipts
High level steps:
  • Register your LightSpeed eCommerce Ecwid store with Beejek and complete your store profile
  • Initiate a sale in LightSpeed eCommerce website as usual from your customer. Your customers need to enter their phone number to get the receipt during check-out.
  • The receipt is sent directly and automatically to customer’s WhatsApp and Beejek App

Detailed steps to send Beejek WhatsApp Receipts from LightSpeed eCommerce Ecwid Store website to a Customer:

Note: Make sure you complete your Beejek integration from LightSpeed eCommerce. If you haven’t completed the integration, follow the steps to integrate LightSpeed eCommerce.
You will continue your business as usual. There are two steps you need to make:
  1. Enable Mobile Number for Customer at Checkout
  1. Allow the customer to enter their WhatsApp number at checkout
 
Let’s look at the steps in detail to send a digital receipt on your customer WhatsApp automatically after an order is complete from your website storefront:
 
Step 1: Navigate to the LightSpeed eCommerce Ecwid dashboard. Click Settings from the Menu

Step 2: Under the Settings section, click General

Step 3: In the General Settings page, click the Cart and Checkout tab

Step 4: Scroll down to the Checkout Settings section.
Click the Require phone number at checkout button to Enabled

The Phone number field is now enabled for your store.
Now your customers can checkout with a digital receipt from your store on WhatsApp:

To test, we will use our Beejek Test Store. Once your integration is complete, you can test this from your own store by creating an order on your phone number and getting your receipt on WhatsApp.
Step 5: On the Beejek website (or your own website), click Order Now to order a dummy product

Step 6: Select the product and click Go to Checkout

The checkout page appears. Now complete the sale.
Step 7: Click the Checkout button

Step 8: Enter Phone. The phone needs to be entered with the country code!
This allows Beejek to send receipt on WhatsApp after the number field is entered.
Step 9: Click the Continue button and complete the order

Once you complete the order, the receipt is automatically transferred to the Customer’s WhatsApp Number.
To view your sent receipt, perform the following steps:
Step 10: Login to your Beejek Merchant Dashboard. The receipt is now transacted and a new row for the receipt appears.
Step 11: Click the New Receipt Row to view the receipt.
