Quick Answer

How does Beejek automate Google reviews via WhatsApp?

After each positive transaction, Beejek sends a 2-message WhatsApp sequence — a warm thank-you first, then a direct link to your Google review page. Customers with low NPS scores or recent refunds are automatically excluded. A business with more 5-star reviews ranks higher in local Google Search, gets more clicks from Maps, and converts more visitors into paying customers.

Why merchants choose Google Reviews

The measurable difference it makes to your business.

More reviews = better local SEO

Google ranks businesses with more recent, high-quality reviews higher in local search and Maps. Every new 5-star review helps new customers find you before your competitor — and Beejek generates them automatically after every sale.

Build the trust that converts browsers to buyers

85% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations. A business with 200 reviews at 4.8 stars consistently outconverts one with 20 reviews at 4.9 stars — volume builds trust that ratings alone can't.

Only satisfied customers get the link

NPS scores gate the review request. Customers who rate you 9 or 10 get the Google link. Customers who score 6 or below are excluded entirely. Your rating stays protected from the first automation.

Works when you're at your busiest

The review request fires 24 hours after the sale — not at the counter when your team is overwhelmed. Customers have had time to reflect before they're asked. Zero staff effort.

Before Beejek

The problem

Getting Google reviews requires catching customers at the right moment, with the right mood, while they have their phone out. Most businesses ask at the counter when customers are rushing to leave — or forget entirely. One negative review from an unhappy customer can undo months of positive feedback.

How to get started

Connect your existing POS or use Customer Capture — both feed into the same automation.

Connect your POS

Connect your POS — every sale triggers the automated review sequence for qualifying customers. The purchase history and NPS score determine who gets asked and when.

Or use Customer Capture

Customers captured via Customer Capture are also included in the review sequence after their visit — walk-in customers can contribute to your Google rating too.

What's included

Every detail you get out of the box — from day one.

1

2-message WhatsApp sequence

Message 1 thanks the customer for their visit (24 hours after the sale). Message 2 delivers your Google review link when the customer engages or after a short wait window.

2

NPS-gated routing

If NPS surveys are enabled, Beejek checks the score first. Only Promoters (9–10) receive the review link. Detractors (0–6) never see it.

3

Smart suppression

Customers with recent refunds or low NPS scores are automatically excluded. Your Google rating is never exposed to dissatisfied customers through Beejek.

4

Direct review link

The link opens your Google Business Profile review form directly — one tap from the message to the review input screen. No searching, no navigating.

How it works

1

Beejek detects a qualifying transaction

After each sale, Beejek evaluates the customer's purchase and NPS signal. Qualifying customers enter the review sequence automatically.

2

First message — a warm thank you

A branded WhatsApp message arrives 24 hours after the visit. No hard ask — just a genuine touchpoint that opens the conversation.

3

Second message — your Google link

The second message delivers your Google Business Profile review link directly. One tap takes the customer to the review input screen.

Frequently asked questions

Smart suppression skips the review request if Beejek detects signals of a negative experience — such as an NPS score below 7, a recent refund, or a complaint recorded in your POS. This protects your Google rating from dissatisfied customers.

In the Beejek dashboard, add your Google Business Profile review link in Settings → Integrations → Google Review. Beejek includes this link in the second message of the review sequence.

Yes. The delay between the sale and the first message is configurable — default is 24 hours. Some businesses prefer 48–72 hours to give customers time to fully experience the service.

Yes — and they work together. If NPS is enabled, Beejek sends the NPS survey first. Customers who rate 9 or 10 are automatically routed into the Google Review sequence. Low scorers are excluded entirely.

The first message (thank you) fires 24 hours after the sale. The second message (Google link) fires approximately 2 hours after the first, or automatically after a short wait window. The exact timing is configurable.

NPS is optional. If you haven't enabled NPS, Beejek sends the review request to all customers who meet basic eligibility criteria — not just Promoters. Smart suppression still excludes customers with recent refunds.

Yes. If you have multiple store locations each with their own Google Business Profile, you can configure a separate review link per store. The review request will use the link for the store where the sale occurred.

Beejek tracks which customers received the review request and whether they engaged with the message. Google's API does not allow Beejek to verify if a review was actually posted — check your Google Business Profile directly for new review counts.
