What is the Beejek Wallet?+
The Beejek Wallet is a pre-funded balance you top up (from $25 to $1,000) to cover per-message costs. Every WhatsApp receipt, reminder, survey, or broadcast deducts from your wallet. Auto-recharge refills the wallet automatically when it drops below $5 so messages never stop.
What is the WABA setup fee?+
The $99 one-time WABA setup fee covers connecting your own WhatsApp Business Account. It's deducted from your Beejek Wallet once at the time of connection. It covers phone registration with Meta Cloud API, webhook configuration, and first-month support.
Can I use Beejek without connecting my own WhatsApp number?+
Yes — the Free plan sends receipts from Beejek's shared WhatsApp number. Growth and Scale unlock your own branded WhatsApp Business number (WABA). Customers then see your business name, not Beejek's.
Is there a setup fee for the subscription itself?+
No. The only one-time fee is the $99 WABA setup if you choose to connect your own WhatsApp Business number. The monthly subscription (Growth or Scale) has no setup or onboarding charge.
Do I pay per store or per account?+
Pricing is per account. One Growth plan account can connect up to 2 POS integrations (stores). Scale allows 5+ stores. Each store location sends messages from the same wallet balance.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Wallet balance is non-refundable but remains available until depleted.
