It doesn't have access to specific prescription durations from your pharmacy management system — the reminder fires based on time since last purchase, not prescription-specific data.
Beejek sends messages to the phone number provided by the customer at purchase. Message content is general (receipt, points balance, refill reminder) and doesn't include medication names or health details. Pharmacies should review their local health privacy requirements before configuring message content.
Currently, the Smart Reminder fires for all customers based on the configured window. There's no automatic differentiation between prescription vs OTC purchases. For very high-value prescription customers, configure the window to match the prescription cycle. OTC customers receiving an extra reminder is a low-risk outcome.
