Quick Answer

How do WhatsApp payment links work for appointments and remote orders?

Beejek creates a secure payment page tied to the exact transaction amount and sends the link via WhatsApp — automatically from your POS or manually for appointments. The customer pays using Amwal (Oman), MyFatoorah (GCC), Razorpay (India), or Stripe (globally). The digital receipt fires the moment payment is confirmed. Perfect for pre-payment for bookings, reservations, or service-based businesses.

Why merchants choose Payment Links

The measurable difference it makes to your business.

Pre-payment for appointments and reservations

Require deposit or full payment before confirming an appointment, table, or delivery slot. Send the link via WhatsApp — customers pay from their phone. No-shows and last-minute cancellations drop significantly when payment is collected upfront.

Gulf, India, and global gateways supported

Amwal for Oman. MyFatoorah for all GCC countries. Razorpay for India. Stripe for global merchants. Each merchant connects their own gateway account — Beejek generates the link and handles the confirmation.

Dynamic links matched to the exact transaction value

The payment link is generated directly from your POS sale — the amount matches exactly, with itemised line items visible on the checkout page. No manual amount entry, no discrepancy risk.

Receipt fires automatically on payment

The moment payment is confirmed, Beejek sends the digital receipt and marks the sale as complete in your POS. Zero manual steps between payment and receipt.

Before Beejek

The problem

For phone orders and pre-orders, collecting payment before collection or delivery requires either a card terminal on delivery, cash, or trust. None of these work at scale. Manual bank transfers go unrecorded, cash gets lost, and card machines don't travel.

How to get started

Connect your existing POS or use Customer Capture — both feed into the same automation.

Connect your POS

Payment Links work through your POS — when the cashier selects 'Beejek Online' as the payment type, a payment link is generated and sent to the customer's WhatsApp automatically.

Or use Customer Capture

For non-POS scenarios, send a payment request directly via Customer Capture — specify the amount, send the link via WhatsApp, and receive confirmation when payment clears.

What's included

Every detail you get out of the box — from day one.

1

Branded payment page

Your business name, logo, and order details appear on a clean payment page. The customer sees your brand throughout the checkout experience.

2

Gulf, India & global gateways

Amwal (Oman), MyFatoorah (GCC — KW, SA, UAE, QA, BH, JO, EG), Razorpay (India), and Stripe (global) — customers pay with their preferred local method. Each merchant connects their own gateway account.

3

Auto-receipt on payment

Payment confirmation triggers the Beejek receipt pipeline immediately. Customer receives their WhatsApp receipt within seconds of paying.

4

Auto-void on expiry

Links expire after a configurable window (default 1 hour). Expired orders are automatically voided in your POS, restoring inventory and clearing the pending sale.

How it works

1

Sale creates a payment request

When the cashier selects a Beejek payment method in your POS, a payment link is generated and sent to the customer's WhatsApp instantly.

2

Customer pays in seconds

The customer clicks the link, sees a branded checkout page with their order details, and pays using their preferred Gulf payment method.

3

Receipt fires on confirmation

The moment payment is confirmed, Beejek sends a digital receipt and marks the sale as paid in your POS — automatically.

A day in the life

Two sides of the same moment — what happens in your store and for your customer simultaneously.

Frequently asked questions

Beejek supports Amwal (Oman), MyFatoorah (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt), Razorpay (India), and Stripe (global). Each merchant connects their own gateway account through the Beejek Integrations page.

Payment links expire after a configurable window (default 1 hour). When a link expires, the POS sale is automatically voided and inventory is restored. The customer receives a notification that the link has expired.

Yes. The payment page shows your business name, logo, and the order details (line items, total). Customers see your brand throughout the checkout experience.

No. Payment Links replace the card machine for phone-order and pre-order scenarios. For in-store card payments, your existing card terminal works alongside Beejek independently.

Instalment payment options depend on the gateway — MyFatoorah supports some buy-now-pay-later options in certain markets. Amwal does not. Contact the Beejek team to discuss gateway options if this is a priority.

Amwal supports Omani Rial (OMR). MyFatoorah supports the local currency for each market — Kuwaiti Dinar, Saudi Riyal, UAE Dirham, Qatari Riyal, Bahraini Dinar, Jordanian Dinar, and Egyptian Pound. Currency is determined by the merchant's gateway configuration.

Payment is collected by the payment gateway (Amwal or MyFatoorah) and settled to the merchant's registered bank account on the gateway's standard schedule — typically 1–3 business days. Settlement is managed by the gateway, not Beejek.

Refunds are processed through the payment gateway's merchant portal (Amwal or MyFatoorah). Beejek sends a refund receipt automatically when a refund is processed — the customer receives a WhatsApp notification confirming the refund amount.
