Yes. Beejek's Loyalty Points feature works with Lightspeed R-Series and some other POS integrations. Points earned on each appointment appear in the WhatsApp receipt. Clients accumulate and redeem at the counter.
Beejek's outbound messages use Meta-approved templates which don't support freeform replies in the same session. However, if a client replies to the message, your auto-reply template can respond with a booking link or your WhatsApp Business number for direct conversation.
Clients who score 0–8 on the NPS survey are excluded from the Google review request — automatically, with no manual intervention. Only clients who rate 9 or 10 receive the review link. This protects your public rating from being dragged down by one bad experience.
