Per-service configuration is on the product roadmap.

Yes. Beejek works via your POS system (transaction-triggered) or via Customer Capture (counter-initiated). Neither requires a booking platform. The staff member enters the client's phone number and the service total, and the WhatsApp automation starts from there.

Not currently. Beejek's WhatsApp messages are text and template-based (as required by Meta's WhatsApp Business API). Image sends are possible via broadcast campaigns using approved media templates. Contact the Beejek team for media template support.

Beejek works alongside your booking platform — it doesn't replace it. The integration is with your POS or via Customer Capture. If your booking platform has a connected POS, Beejek connects through that POS.

Beejek tracks the client by phone number — not by technician. The Smart Reminder fires based on the client's last overall visit, regardless of which technician served them. Dashboard analytics show per-technician NPS scores.

Yes. Beejek's Loyalty Points feature works with Lightspeed R-Series and some other POS integrations. Points earned on each appointment appear in the WhatsApp receipt. Clients accumulate and redeem at the counter.

Beejek's outbound messages use Meta-approved templates which don't support freeform replies in the same session. However, if a client replies to the message, your auto-reply template can respond with a booking link or your WhatsApp Business number for direct conversation.

Clients who score 0–8 on the NPS survey are excluded from the Google review request — automatically, with no manual intervention. Only clients who rate 9 or 10 receive the review link. This protects your public rating from being dragged down by one bad experience.
