Beejek sends to the individual phone number captured on the transaction. For couples bookings, one phone number is typically collected. The reminder goes to that number. Staff can capture both numbers via two Customer Capture sends if needed.

Not automatically based on birth date — Beejek doesn't collect this data from POS systems. However, you can run a birthday promotion broadcast to your full client list ('It's the season for treating yourself') without targeting specific birthdays.

No. Broadcast campaigns go to your full opted-in client list regardless of NPS score. NPS suppression only applies to Google review requests.

Beejek tracks by phone number. Every transaction resets the reminder clock. A client who comes for a facial on Day 1 and a massage on Day 25 gets her Day 30 reminder starting from Day 25 — not Day 1.
