Beejek's loyalty tracks points per transaction value. A 'free after 10' model can be configured by setting the points rate so 10 average washes = the points threshold for a free wash reward. The cashier applies the free wash discount at the POS when the customer requests redemption.

Beejek requires a POS transaction to trigger the automation. For self-service bays where customers pay via machine without staff interaction, Beejek would need the payment machine to send transaction data via API. Customer Capture is an alternative if attendants are present to collect phone numbers.

The Smart Reminder template is a fixed Meta-approved message — it can mention an offer if configured in the template, but it's not a dynamic product recommendation. A broadcast campaign is a better vehicle for detailing upsell promotions — it reaches your full list and can be timed around seasonal demand (sandstorm, summer heat, Eid).
