Quick Answer

How do clinics use Beejek to retain patients?

Beejek sends automated WhatsApp messages after clinic visits — a post-visit follow-up message, a reminder when the next check-up is due, and an NPS survey to capture patient satisfaction. All messages come from the clinic's branded WhatsApp Business number.

Without Beejek

The gap in the clinic customer journey

Clinics see patients once and often never again — not because the care was poor, but because there was no follow-up. A patient who saw a doctor for a routine check leaves with good intentions about the 3-month follow-up, but without a reminder at the right moment, the appointment never gets booked. The clinic has no way to know — and no way to reach out — unless staff make time for manual calls that never happen.

The full engagement lifecycle — stage by stage

Every stage below runs automatically. No manual action required after the initial connection.

1

After every consultation

Within 2 seconds

A branded WhatsApp receipt fires the moment billing is completed — your clinic name, consultation type, total, and a permanent receipt link. Patients receive a professional record without paper being exchanged.

Customer experience

Receipt arrives before leaving the clinic. Clean, digital, shareable for insurance.

2

Patient satisfaction check

+2 hours

An NPS survey fires 2 hours after the consultation. Patient experience scores are tracked by doctor, clinic, and date. Low scores flag service issues before they become online complaints. High scores route to Google review.

Customer experience

Rates the consultation experience. Takes 5 seconds. Feels like the clinic cares.

3

Positive experience → Google review

Day 1 — if NPS ≥ 9

Satisfied patients receive your Google Business Profile review link automatically. Medical clinics with strong Google ratings attract significantly more new patient inquiries. Beejek builds that rating without any front-desk involvement.

Customer experience

Happy patient leaves a review. Took 60 seconds. Will recommend the clinic to others.

4

Follow-up recall message

Day 30–90

Beejek sends a WhatsApp recall message at your configured window — 30 days for monthly check-ups, 90 days for quarterly follow-ups. Patients who were told to 'come back in 3 months' get a reminder at exactly 3 months.

Customer experience

Reminder arrives. Books the follow-up that would otherwise have been forgotten.

5

Health campaign broadcasts

Any time

Send seasonal health awareness messages, new service announcements, or vaccination reminders to your full patient list as individual 1:1 WhatsApp messages from your clinic's number.

Customer experience

Receives a relevant health message from a trusted clinic. 70%+ open rate.

Frequently asked questions — Clinics & Medical Centers

Beejek sends messages to the phone number the patient provides at registration. Messages are general in nature (receipt, satisfaction survey, recall reminder) and don't include medical diagnoses or treatment details. Clinics should review their local health data protection requirements before configuring message content.

Beejek connects via its REST API — any clinic management system that can trigger an HTTP POST on payment completion can send transaction data to Beejek. For systems without an API, reception staff use Customer Capture at the billing desk.

One Smart Reminder window is active per store. If your clinic has multiple specialties with different recall windows, you can configure the most common window or use Customer Capture per-patient with manual follow-up for exceptions. Multi-window routing is on the roadmap.

Yes. Beejek supports WhatsApp message templates in Arabic, English, and Spanish. Arabic templates are submitted to Meta for approval. Gulf clinics typically use Arabic templates for the majority of their patient messages.

Yes. Customer Capture works for cash transactions — staff enter the patient's phone number and consultation fee at the counter, and the WhatsApp automation fires. No POS system or card terminal integration is required.

Smart Reminders fire at a fixed number of days after the last transaction — they're designed for recall, not pre-appointment reminders. Day-before appointment reminders require integration with your scheduling system. Contact the Beejek team to discuss custom scheduling integration.

Patients can opt out by replying 'STOP' to any message. Beejek and WhatsApp's platform both respect this opt-out — the patient is removed from all future messages immediately.

The Google review link points to your clinic's Google Business Profile — not to an individual doctor. Patients who leave a review can mention the doctor's name in their review text. If you have multiple clinic locations, each can have its own Google review link configured in Beejek.
